Description
If you are traveling by bus or train and happen to be passing through Vanadzor, the area around the bus station (which also houses the railway station) is quite a good place for birdwatching. Within a 200-meter radius from the bus station, there is a small park, and along the railway line, various meadow and field birds nest and feed. Behind the railway tracks, there is an empty lot and a small swampy area. Additionally, swallows nest on the bus station building itself.

Vanadzor Bus Station is located on the northern outskirts of Vanadzor, near the river Pambak. To reach the Bus Station, you can take a taxi or public transport. Minibus 4 to the "Railway station" stop, or any minibus to the "Sity hall" stop, then walk for 5 minutes.
