Svartskatan is a shallow bay where many birds can be seen, especially in spring. From a bird tower you have splendid views over the area. Among the birds you can see are Krickente, Schellente, Pfeifente, Bläßhuhn, Graugans, Singschwan, Reiherente, Großer Brachvogel, Seeadler and Sumpfohreule.
