Beschreibung
Södra Innerviksfjärden is a nature reserve in a bay. Large and easily accessible parking on the side of the road and about 600 meters walk through forest to a bird observation tower. Along the way you can see birds like Wintergoldhähnchen and also Waldbaumläufer. From the bird tower you have a view of the bay and the shores where large numbers of seabirds gather during the spring migration. Among the birds you can see are Graugans, Schellente, Zwergsäger, Lachmöwe, Zwergmöwe, Kanadagans, Flußseeschwalbe, Kranich and Großer Brachvogel.

Zugang
Easiest to access by car to the large parking lot at the side of the road. From there on foot through the forest and along a marked path. There is a small sign by the road that says that there is a bird tower nearby, but it is not always easy to see if you do not know where to look. Partly difficult terrain, but the area is sometimes cleared so the trail is still quite easy to walk. Watch out for slippery footbridges over smaller ditches.

In the arable land directly adjacent to the road near the parking pocket, large numbers of Kranich usually gather during spring and early summer, together with various species of geese. Seeadler can also be seen circling the area, both over the bay and the arable land.
