Parque de Los Exploradores is a large urban park located in the Santa Ana neighborhood of Cartagena. The park allows you to observe these species year-round: Haussperling, Türkentaube, Ringeltaube, Mönchsittich, Grünfink, Girlitz, Wiedehopf, Amsel, and Einfarbstar. During winter it is possible to observe species such as Hausrotschwanz, Zilpzalp, Buchfink, Rotkehlchen , and Fichtenkreuzschnabel. During the breeding season you can observe Rauchschwalbe, Mehlschwalbe, Mauersegler, Fahlsegler and Grauschnäpper. During the migration season it is possible to observe several species of small migrants. A Tienschan-Laubsänger wintered in this park during 2024/2025.

Parque de Los Exploradores is located in the Santa Ana neighborhood in the north of the city of Cartagena. It's easily accessible from the city center via Napoles Street, and you can find free parking at the park entrance. Press P on the map for directions.
