From the village of Bemposta you can make a 3 km circular walk to the old mill Moinho do Catadouro. You walk between agricultural plots, open fields and pieces of forest. Among the birds you can encounter along the way are Grünspecht, Kleiber, Kleinspecht, Türkentaube, Girlitz, Einfarbstar, Wiesenpieper, Stieglitz, Bluthänfling, Buchfink, Zilpzalp and Singdrossel.
