An interesting supplement to the expedition to Runde for those who cannot cope with climbing to the top in search of Papageitaucher. A walk along the shore allows you to observe birds from close proximity - binoculars will be sufficient.
The place is a very good location for observing Austernfischer feeding among the coastal rocks and Strandpieper. It is also worth observing the sea shore from the bridge exit, both on the left and right side of the bridge.

Zugang
After crossing the bridge leading to Runde, turn left and follow the road to the end (initially asphalt, then gravel). There is a small unofficial parking lot there (lots of campers). Press P on the map for directions to the parking spot.
