Beschreibung
In the lower wooded part of the Magaro Mountain area, Central European woodland species can be expected, including Gimpel, Kleinspecht, tits and others. As soon as you leave the tree line behind, classic species of the high mountains can be observed, including Felsenschwalbe, Ohrenlerche, Steinrötel, Alpendohle and Bergpieper. There are regular sightings of the elusive and sought-after Steinhuhn. In addition, Feldlerche, Schwarzkehlchen, Braunkehlchen and Misteldrossel can be found on the plains. It is worth keeping an eye on the sky to look for raptors such as Wespenbussard and Schlangenadler.
