The Fish Ponds offer a nice walk between the ponds. Much of the ponds are shielded by reedbeds with Bartmeise and Beutelmeise and other reedbed birds. The hides offer a look onto the water, where you might see Krickente, Reiherente, Moorente , Haubentaucher etc. Often there are Seeadler in the trees around the ponds. There is a huge resting area for migrating Kranich just behind the ponds. That area is off limits, but huge amounts of Kranich flies over the ponds at the right time in autumn.
