Beschreibung
The FTZ meadow is an area east of Büsum harbor that is partially submerged during high tide. At high tide, Weißwangengans and other geese settle on the meadow. Locals consider the meadow a place to observe migratory birds of prey and songbirds, including Kornweihe, Sperber, Merlin on one side, and Wiesenschafstelze, Gebirgsstelze, Rauchschwalbe on the other. Kernbeißer and Tannenmeise are also frequently seen, and occasionally Rebhuhn.
