Beschreibung
In the north-eastern part of the Brandstadl gravel pit, a path leads around a U-shaped body of water. There you can see Haubentaucher, Bläßhuhn , Eisvogel, Drosselrohrsänger, Teichrohrsänger and Rohrammer. A little further south, Flußregenpfeifer breeds on the bare gravel areas. Further west, there is an artificial breeding wall for Uferschwalbe. The path leading there continues through the alluvial forest, where you can observe some typical birds such as Schwarzspecht and Pirol.
