The 1,500 hectare wilderness area of Anklamer Stadtbruch is home to numerous nice species such as Seeadler, Kranich, Karmingimpel, Weißbart-Seeschwalbe, Schlagschwirl and Rohrdommel. In summer you can still find large numbers of Kranich. Also all kinds of raptors are common like Rotmilan, Fischadler, Schwarzmilan, Rohrweihe and Baumfalke.

Parking in Bugewitz (click on the P on the map to get directions). The best way to explore the area from there is by bicycle. The circular route that is shown on the map is about 10,5 km.
