Plan d'eau de la Ville Saint Jacques holds a colony of Lachmöwe and Schwarzkopfmöwe. Kolbenente are usually very numerous and breed here, as do Reiherente. Flocks of Tafelente and Reiherente may attract the rare Moorente. Schwarzhalstaucher are very regular. Waders make regularly stopovers on the lakes shores. Even Teichwasserläufer has been seen here.

Zugang
Easy accessible by car. After parking you can explore the area on foot. Park at the start of the path on the western part of the lake, and follow it on it's southern shore. It is quite dangerous to park elsewhere along the D606. Click on the P in the map to get directions to the parking.
