Kværs Heath is an old wandering dune which has been stopped with the planting of trees. The area is a mix of trees, open spaces with heath and ponds. There is a chance to spot the increasingly rare Weidenmeise. Among the other birds you can encounter are Neuntöter, Raubwürger, Grünspecht, Buntspecht, Schwarzspecht, Haubenmeise, Waldbaumläufer and Wintergoldhähnchen. The area has also been visited by Heidelerche, Wiedehopf and Tannenhäher.
