Seabird Centre on the quay at North Berwick tourist town. Educational resources including interactive cctv links to offshore island nesting colonies.
Scottish Seabird Centre is located ideally for seawatching of nesting Lunde on Craigleith Island, half a mile offshore, and Sule on the Bass Rock. Plus waders in autumn and seabirds in winter. Sortgrå Ryle, Stenvender, Alk, Lomvie, Søkonge, Rødstrubet Lom, Havlit and skuas. Nearby, boat trips leave for the Bass Rock Sule colony and for seal and dolphin trips.
The car park at the centre which fills quickly in summer, allow plenty of time to park. Click on the P in the map to gert directions. Link below has details of other car parks. Bus stop right by the quay.
