Description

Coate Water Country Park has the usual array of freshwater and woodland birds. Sølvhejre, Silkehejre, Isfugl, Sivsanger, Rørspurv, Tårnfalk, Spurvehøg, Stor Flagspætte and Fuglekonge.

Access

Leave M4 at junction 15, go north on A419 then left on A4259. The reserve is one mile on the left. From Swindon, head southeast on A4259. Nearest train station, Swindon, 3 miles.
