Description

Büyükçekmece Mimar Sinan Bridge is easy to reach via public transport. A touristic attraction while birding. The bridge is surrounded by shallow water where you can see waders, waterfowl, gulls and migratory passerines and it is even possible to see otters. Among the birds you can observe are Stor Flamingo, Skeand, Klyde, Fjordterne, Dværgskarv, Sorthovedet Måge, Blishøne, Fiskehejre, Tårnfalk, Allike, Alaskavipstjert and Cettisanger. But many more, see the birdlist below.

Access

1. Take the metrobus line. 2. Get off at the last station "Beylikdüzü Son Durak". 3. Take any bus directs to "Silivri" direction from "TÜYAP" bus stop across the highway. 4. Get off after 4-5 stops, the names "Hariç" or "Üstgeçit". 5. The location is in 2-3 minutes walking distance from the bus stop.
