Description

In summer 2015, young Lammegrib were reintroduced into the wild for the first time on Melchsee-Frutt in the Hengliboden area in central Switzerland. Since then, every summer a Lammegrib has been released into the wild on Melchsee-Frutt. You can observe the birds around the Hengliboden information stand. Of course you can see many other alpine birds in the area like Alpeallike, Snefinke, Alpe-jernspurv and Kongeørn.

Access

Walk from the parking in Melchsee-Frutt to Tannalp in about 1 hour 15 min (alternative Fruttli train) and from Tannalp you can walk to the info booth Hengliboden in about 35 min.
