Missmyra is a small wetland in an otherwise forest-dominated part of the region. The large reedbeds hosts birds like Rørsanger, Vandrikse and Rørhøg. Missmyra is also appreciated by waterfowl like Hvinand, Nordisk Lappedykker, Skeand and Krikand. This attracts birds of prey such as Havørn and Spurvehøg.
