Wetland of about 20 hectares, which in 2015 was restored by raising the water level by 80 cm. About 150 different bird species have been observed in the area
Lillsjön has always been rich in birds. In the spring there are plenty of Trane, ducks and waders before they head off to the breeding grounds in the mountains or the nearby forest country. However, some of these resting birds remain to breed in Lillsjön during the summer. The area has an accessibility-adapted bird tower where you can comfortably observe the most common birds for the area. Car parking adjacent to the tower. Among the birds you can encounter are Sangsvane, Troldand, Skeand, Spidsand, Dværgmåge, Trane, Småspove, Strandskade, Brushane, Dobbeltbekkasin and Hvidklire.
You can use any means of transport to get all the way. In direct connection to the car park there is an approximately 50 meter long accessibility adapted ramp up to the five meter high tower.
