Description

Holmuddens Fyr is a lighthouse on the easternmost point on the island of Fårö with beautiful scenery and nice views. The place should be avoided during the holiday season, mid-June to mid-August. There is a limestone beach with some low rocks. The lighthouse has a fenced area. Among the birds you can see are Splitterne, Sortand, Tejst, Havørn, Strandskade, Fløjlsand, Sortgrå Ryle, Fuglekonge and Husrødstjert.
