Description

Torca de Los Melojos is a mid-mountain oak forest, close to the upper part of Calar del Mundo and with unique characteristics in the Iberian southeast. In addition to birds, it has the presence of Ocellated Lizard, Western Three-toed Skink and Cabrera's Vole among other animals. One of the best places to see Skovsneppe in the province (autumn/winter), as well as Lammegrib (all year round). Also interesting as it is the only stable breeding point for Rødstjert in the province.
