The avifauna present in the riverbed of the Río Segura is mainly made up of colonies of herons, Skarv and Isfugl in winter, other aquatic birds remain to a greater or lesser extent throughout the year, being able to see Blishøne, Rørhøne, Lille Lappedykker and Gråand. But also birds like Pirol, Mursejler, Biæder and Sorthovedet Sanger.
