Description
Due to the presence of shallow pools, the Vadu area is popular with waders such as Kærløber, Stylteløber, Temmincksryle, Dværgryle, Hvidbrystet Præstekrave and Odinshane. In spring and autumn it is a good place for migratory birds. But also in summer many marsh birds such as Purpurhejre, Sort Ibis, Hvidskægget Terne, Nathejre, Rørhøg, Lille Rørvagtel and Lille Rørsanger are breeding in this area.
