Observatorio Bio Melides on the shore of the Melides Lagoon. The area is considered as one of the most important ecosystems in Portugal. When the water level is good the birds are close to the view point. Among the birds you can see are Sandterne, Fjordterne, Splitterne, Dværgterne, Stylteløber, Hvidbrystet Præstekrave, Stor Præstekrave, Skarv, Hvid Vipstjert, Stor Flamingo and Rørhøg.
