This site along the River Morača is probably the best place for birds near Podgorica. During the winter there are plenty of ducks, cormorants and herons, but this place is most interesting during migration. Here you can see different species of gulls, terns, shovelers, herons and ducks.

This site along the River Morača is located a little south of Podgorica. There is local road right next to the river. You can park on every wider part of the road and come down to the river. Press P on the map for directions.
