Lessinia Regional Nature Park is very rich in birds and many special birds can be seen here. Sortspætte, Perleugle, Stor hornugle, Kongeørn, Slangeørn, Aftenfalk, Urfugl, Tjur, Hjerpe, Ellekrage, Duehøg, Stenhøne, Snefinke, Alpe-jernspurv, Nøddekrige, Engsnarre, Stendrossel, Vandstær, Bjergløvsanger, Pomeransfugl, Middelhavs-stenpikker, Rødrygget Tornskade, Stor Tornskade, Murløber . . . all these and more, depending on the season. Plus marmot, deer, chamois, red squirrel, wild boar and wolves, and an astonishing array of butterflies, orchids and other wildlife.
