Nature reserve Letter Bruch is of great importance as a breeding and foraging habitat for many meadow birds. About 3-5 pairs of Storspove breed here. Also a breeding ground for Vibe and Vestlig Sortstrubet Bynkefugl. Among the other birds you can observe in the area are Vagtel, Agerhøne, Hvid Stork, Rørhøg, Kirkeugle, Rødrygget Tornskade, Sydlig Nattergal, Bynkefugl and Gul Vipstjert.
