The environment and nature in Pas de la Griotte are wonderfully beautiful due to the combination of shrubs, rocks, deciduous trees and flowers. This attracts many songbirds and other birds. Nice birds that you can observe here include Biæder, Provence-sanger, Korttået Træløber and Sydlig Nattergal. You will also find Gøg, various types of gulls and birds of prey. The peace in the area is striking. The place is rarely visited and is located outside the inhabited area.

Access
Pas de la Griotte is located 40 km east of the city of Toulon. You can park in a small car park on the D42A, near the Lou Cabasson campsite. Press P on the map for directions to the car park. The area is best explored on foot. Experienced cyclists could take a mountain bike here, but the route has quite steep sections.
