The Bregenzerachmündung a is river mouth (Natura 2000) with two platforms where to see many different waterbirds like Lille Præstekrave, Hvidklire and Isfugl. Rarer bird species are for example Vendehals, Stor Præstekrave and others. It's also a wonderful area for making walks in the forest.

Bus-stations near the spot are "Bregenz Wocherhafen" and "Hard Strandbad". You can only enter the area by foot, but you aren't allowed to go into the protected area. Click on a P in the map for directions.
