Description
This is an easy and pleasant introduction to the birds of the Bahia de Cadiz. For best results try to visit on a rising tide so birds will be pushed towards you although any time should produce good birds. A raised path gives you a circular route where you can expect all of the usual waders - Residents like pisila čáponohá , tenkozobec opačný, kulík písečný and kulík mořský and migrants/winter visitors such as kulík bledý , jespák rezavý , jespák písečný , jespák malý , jespák křivozobý , jespák obecný , břehouš černoocasý , břehouš rudý , koliha malá koliha velká , vodouš rudonohý , vodouš šedý, pisík obecný , etc.
Whilst in the area it's also worth checking the village of old Sancti Petri which is on a spit at the mouth of the bay not only for more waders but also gulls and terns (often including rybák velkozobý ).
