Description
The small Puebla campsite is situated on the Embalse de José Torán. This reservoir is located on the bird migration route to Tarifa. As spring progresses, a large part of the reservoir dries up, allowing you to make beautiful walks inside the reservoir. Especially during the autumn migration the (empty) reservoir is visited by hundreds of kulík písečný and kulík říční, 3 species of konipas luční, countless vlaštovka skalní, as well as břehule skalní, jiřička obecná, břehule říční and vlaštovka obecná. dudek chocholatý can be seen in large numbers. luněc šedý hunts every day, often with 2 or 3 individuals.
In spring and summer the campsite has breeding ťuhýk obecný, rehek domácí, rehek zahradní, lejsek černohlavý, lejsek šedý, ťuhýk pustinný, vrabec pokřovní, 4 species of tits, strakapoud velký, strakapoud malý and žluna zelená. The orel iberský and sup bělohlavý breed in the vicinity of the campsite. orlík krátkoprstý, orel nejmenší and orlovec říční are also frequently seen, as are luňák hnědý and luňák červený.
Located between Seville and Cordoba, the small campsite is an excellent place to stay surrounded by nature. There are a huge variety of birds to spot on and around the campsite. If you stay for a few days, you can easily see 80 species of birds up close.
