Description

Llanos de Líbar is a forest track located within the Natural Park of the Sierra de Grazalema. The trail starts from the village of Montejaque and traverses karst, cultivated areas, and oak forests. Stunning views along the trail. Among the birds you can see along the way are bělořit černý, chocholouš vavřínový, bramborníček černohlavý, vrabec skalní, pěnice mistrovská, pěnice vousatá, skalník modrý, skalník zpěvný, pěvuška podhorní (winter), kos horský (winter) and many raptors.

Access

In Montejaque follow the sign to the Refugio de Libar. Take a narrow concrete village road – Ave de Europa - and then after c350m turn sharp right for the Llanos de Libar. Note: vehicle access is not allowed during the summer season due to fire risk.
