A barranco with a beach in the west and a water source in the east.
Barranco de Ajuy gives a good opportunity for a walk in combination with a family trip. The beach gives a nice bathing opportunity, there is a nice mirador and the ornithologist can take a walk and search for Dytík úhorní or orebice berberská. Additionally, the scrubs hold some passerines like African Blue Tit and some migrants.
You can park in the village of Ajuy. Click on the P in the map to get directions. From the parking you can walk the barranco upwards (except of the rare events of strong rain) until the Madre del Agua.
