Description
The low bridge of Ponte de São Domingos crosses the small river Séqua. At this place the river is overgrown with reeds and looks like a small marsh. The banks of the river are covered with trees, shrubs and orchards. There is little traffic on the bridge and it is a pleasant place for bird watching. Among the birds you can encounter are Žluva hajní, křepelka polní, orebice rudá, ledňáček říční, vlha pestrá, cistovník rákosníkový, žluna zelená, straka iberská, cetie jižní, slavík obecný, astrild vlnkovaný, dudek chocholatý, čáp bílý and pěnice bělohrdlá.
