Szczodrzykowo Reservoir is located 18 km south-east of the regional capital Poznań near the village of Szczodrzykowo. Surrounded by agriculture the reservoir is an oasis for birds. Among the birds you can see here are bukač velký, moták pochop, jeřáb popelavý, strnad luční, jespák bojovný, čírka modrá, Chocholouš obecný, rybák obecný and different species of ducks, geese and grebes.
