This wetland area with peat and quag-mires is nice during summer for slučka malá, vodouš tmavý and other eastern wetlandbirds. Other birds you can encounter are orel mořský, vodouš bahenní, konipas luční, kalous pustovka, kulík písečný, polák chocholačka, moták pilich and ťuhýk šedý.
