This green area in Porto Pino has tons of volavka rusohlavá and volavka stříbřitá that you can get a good view of. You can observe many chicks being fed by their parents. The area itself is closed off with a wall, but you get a really good view from across the road with a lot of shade from the trees.

Access
The heron colony of Porto Fino is located directly on the main road that runs through the village. Press a P on the map for directions to a parking. You can park just next to the area. We stopped just across from the road and found a cool shady spot and stayed for a long time just admiring and taking photos.
