Description
Part of the area belongs to a public park, while the rest is private (and not well kept). Still, it is possible to walk all around the lake (around 45 minutes + birding stops). There is a roost of volavka rusohlavá, a feral small population of berneška velká and recently some kormorán malý. In the last years, wintering birds have included Siskin, strnad rákosní, pěvuška modrá and moudivláček lužní. Other nice birds are bukáček malý, ledňáček říční and Žluva hajní. During spring migration several passerine birds stop for a few days, including pěnice pokřovní, lejsek šedý and lejsek černohlavý. Rarities are possible (Collared flycatcher in 2018).
On sunny weekends a lot of people visit the area, so expect disturbance.

Free parking at the entrance of the park. Easy to access (public area). Walking paths are also accessible but not so well kept in the private area.
