Beautiful place with a large wooded area where you can observe several bird species and a bird hide in the marsh area with paths to explore the area.
Lago di Candia is a small, shallow Italian lake of glacial origin, located by the town of Candia Canavese. The lake forms the centre of an important wetland area which, as the Parco naturale del Lago di Candia, became a nature reserve in 1995. Among the birds you can see are datel černý, strakapoud velký, brhlík lesní, rákosník obecný, králíček ohnivý, potápka malá and volavka stříbřitá.
