Description

Point of Ayre is a good migration watch and seawatch site where seaducks, divers, dabbling ducks, kavče červenozobé, shearwaters, skuas, terej bílý, racek tříprstý, terns and gulls can be seen. Also rarities such as buřňáček dlouhokřídlý, strnadec zimní, konopka žlutozobá and sněhule severní have been seen.

Access

Isle of Man can be reached by ferry from Belfast, Dublin, Liverpool or Heysham. Also by air from several cities. Point of Ayre is 8 miles by road north of Ramsey. Nearest bus stop at Bride, 3 miles away.
