Description
Gheytarieh Park is a mature, tree-filled green space with a slightly sloping terrain, where winding paths pass beneath dense canopies and open into small clearings. The park feels enclosed and calm, with a mix of tall plane trees, cypress, and landscaped sections, along with patches of grass and scattered shrubs. Seasonal changes are quite visible here. Fresh greens in spring, deep shade in summer, and golden foliage in autumn.
Despite its urban setting, the park supports a variety of common but rewarding birdlife. Year-round, you can see straka obecná, alexandr velký, sýkora koňadra, and White-eared Bulbul moving through the trees. In spring, slavík obecný may be heard singing from dense shrubs, while budníček menší and kos černý are also present. During colder months, winter visitors such as drozd cvrčala or flocks of pěnkava obecná can occasionally appear, especially in quieter corners.
