Description
The Fish Ponds offer a nice walk between the ponds. Much of the ponds are shielded by reedbeds with sýkořice vousatá and moudivláček lužní and other reedbed birds. The hides offer a look onto the water, where you might see čírka obecná, polák chocholačka, polák malý , potápka roháč etc. Often there are orel mořský in the trees around the ponds. There is a huge resting area for migrating jeřáb popelavý just behind the ponds. That area is off limits, but huge amounts of jeřáb popelavý flies over the ponds at the right time in autumn.
