On the river Hase, the canal (Stichkanal) that runs parallel to it and on several clearing ponds you can observe ducks, divers and other water bird species. A good starting point for a walk is Dornierstrasse in the industrial and port area. Alternatively, you can park at the other end of the route on »To Pye« road. Click on the P in the map to get directions. The walking route indicated on the map is about 7 km long.
