Dingdener/Büngener Heide is a so called 'Feuchtwiesenschutzgebiet', an area where meadow birds get special protection. There are two observation hides and you can see birds like: koliha velká, skřivan polní, bramborníček černohlavý, strnad rákosní, slavík modráček, čáp bílý, luňák červený, jestřáb lesní, krahujec obecný, linduška luční and čejka chocholatá.
