Great path with views of various habitats and bird species (e.g. if you want to/need to get down from Zingst)!
The Bresewitz - Zur Oie path described here is a straight line through the peninsula behind the town of Bresewitz. The path allows fantastic views to the left and right of various habitats, the Große Kirr and, as the final stretch, the Barther Oie. The area is very exciting both in the morning and in the evening and has so far been little frequented, so that you - and therefore the birdlife - are relatively undisturbed.
Bird species that can be observed here: orel mořský, strnad luční, jespák bojovný, lžičák pestrý, čejka chocholatá, konopka obecná, skřivan polní, husice liščí, berneška bělolící, vodouš rudonohý, pisík obecný, čírka modrá, ostralka štíhlá, kormorán velký, hvízdák eurasijský, čírka obecná, rybák obecný, rybák dlouhoocasý and more.
The Bresewitz - Zur Oie area is located south of the town of Zingst and immediately east of the village of Bresewitz. You can park at the end of the village if necessary. Click on the P in the map for directions. You can also reach Bresewitz by bus from Zingst. Whether by bike, on foot or by car: simply go through Bresewitz to “Zur Oie”. The route should be explored on foot or by bike.
Bring plenty of time. Even if it is only a straight path through the landscape, you can discover countless species.
