Description
Kochebi Lake is a remnant of the Caspian Sea located on 800 meters above sea level. It is a shallow lake of brackish water, surrounded by meadows, fields and a small forest. More than 150 bird species have been observed in the area. Birds you can observe include husice rezavá, pisila čáponohá, kulík říční, pisík obecný, vodouš kropenatý, vodouš bahenní, jespák bojovný, potápka černokrká, vlha pestrá, mandelík hajní, ťuhýk obecný, kalandra zpěvná, strnad černohlavý, strnad luční, vrabec skalní, káně bělochvostá, moták pochop, moták pilich and moták lužní.

Access
Kochebi Lake is located about 4 km east of Dedoplitzskaro and is best accessed by car or bicycle. There is an unpaved road in the west and north of the lake. Press P on the map for directions.
