Réserve Naturelle du Bassin de la Bièvre is located in Antony near Paris surrounded by a lot of buildings and concrete. But this oasis is still worth a visit. The water level is artificially managed so either you have mudflats where you can see: slučka malá, bekasina otavní, vodouš kropenatý, pisík obecný, Chřástal vodní or when the water level is higher: kachna divoká, čírka obecná, Slípka zelenonohá, lyska černá, lžičák pestrý. The ledňáček říční is present as well as the konipas horský.
In the trees that border the lake, there are heronries (with nests of volavka popelavá). The krahujec obecný can be observed flying over the pond. Behind the observatory there are buildings that are the hunting point of the poštolka obecná. Rare birds that have been observed include bukač velký, chřástal kropenatý and slučka malá. But you can see many other species.

Réserve Naturelle du Bassin de la Bièvre is located in the city of Antony. You have to park your car in the nearby streets because the reserve has no parking. The best way to explore the area is to walk but cycling is also possible.

Français: Il faut se garer en voiture dans les environs car il n'y a pas de parking. Le mieux est de se balader à pied mais le vélo est possible aussi.
