Description
Marais du Douhet is particularly interesting because it brings together a great diversity of species, sometimes in high density and at all times of the year.
Among the nesting birds are the vodouš rudonohý, the pisila čáponohá, the cetie jižní, the cistovník rákosníkový, the poštolka obecná or the husice liščí. During migration, the lyskonoh ploskozobý or the rehek domácí are passing through. In winter, berneška tmavá, kulík zlatý and čejka chocholatá are stationed on the site.
All year round shorebirds, ducks, gulls, herons, grebes and many others are present.
