In Marais Alcalin de Chicheboville-Bellengreville around a hundred species of birds have been recorded. Breeding birds include ledňáček říční, rákosník proužkovaný, strnad rákosní, moták pochop and Chřástal vodní. As a migratory stopover, orlovec říční and bukač velký are noted. In the woodlands strakapoud malý and Žluva hajní are regularly observed.

Access
Park in the hamlet of Chicheboville (parking lot of the old town hall) and follow the Tethys path which will take you into the marsh. Click on the P in the map for directions to the parking. The walking route indicated on the map is about 4 km.
