Col de Cou (also called Col de Coux) is a high mountain pass of 1,921 m in the Alps, located on the border between Switzerland and France. It connects Champéry in the Swiss canton of Valais to Morzine in the French department of Haute-Savoie. You have a beautiful view over the Alps. The only way you can reach Col de Cou is by hiking trail. Especially during autumn migration many birds of prey can be observed. For example včelojed lesní, moták pochop, krahujec obecný, luňák červený, luňák hnědý, orel skalní, orlosup bradatý and orlovec říční.

Access
Col de Cou is located on the border between Switzerland and France, close to the town of Morzine. You can park at Lac des Mines d'Or (a 7 km drive from Morzine). From Lac des Mines d'Or it is a 3,5 km hike (one way) to Col de Cou. Click on the P in the map for directions to the parking.
